I am looking for a family, a small group of friends, or small business who would like to have an exclusive outdoors destination. Outhouse bathroom, and 1000 gallons of furnished water well available (additional water is furnish by calling the owner and establishing an agreed time). Good size man-made pond, many senderos, and with good road access. High fence on the East side of the property line only with the remaining property line set at low fences. Property is surrounded by large land owners and is ½ mile inside from FM 1329 away from distractions. It shall be a 4 member lease. All current members need to be mature and seasoned hunters. Guests and supervised children are permitted but MUST hunt off your allotment of deer and must abide by Texas Parks and Wildlife laws. Total of 4 guns on property lease at any giving time.

Pictures of Deer on Game Cams can be taken; however, owners Game Cams cannot be removed or tampered with. Hunter must furnish their own sleeping quarters and provide their own bedding/sleeping bag. All senderos will be cleaned, cut, and the lessee will need to maintain the senderos. Feed cost is not included in the lease price and is the responsibility of the tenant. There is one main 1000 pound feeding station on premises and feds nine months out of year; however, once on lease the lessee is responsible for continues feed. $2000 per gun for individuals and families of 4; however, if for a close family up to 7 or business $2500 per gun.
