Entire Area; It is strongly recommended that hunters have a four-wheel drive, high clearance vehicle to participate in this hunt. All roads in the park interior are rugged and unpaved, and some roads require a four-wheel drive, high clearance vehicle.

All hunters must attend a mandatory orientation at 6:30 AM (Saturday morning) at the James E. Daughtrey checkstation before hunting. Shooting hours are 30 min before sunrise to sunset.
